Story Idea

I would like to do my story on a homeless mother and children shelter here is our local area. The place is called Trevor’s Place. It houses only homeless mother and children. The non-profit organization provides resources to help these mothers obtain a self sustainable income for themselves and their kid(s). They have volunteers every week to help play with the children while mothers take a break. The kids love the volunteers. I will be interviewing a couple of the volunteers to supplement my story.

I am going to have a flower in the background of the homepage. The design is going to be minimal and simple. I don’t like having too many things to clutter my website up. The other pages will have elements of the home page on it.

This is only a rough sketch of my slides because I am still in the process of taking pictures for the last two events. There are pictures of appetizers, main course, and dessert for some of the restaurants.  The previous and next button will be on the bottom of the picture on the left and right.

Journalism in Magazine

When I graduate, I would like to have a career in design and writing for a magazine. I am not positive which magazine specifically. I am open to almost anything, so I am going to let my future takes me to where I should be.

Short Bio:

My main goal in life is to write a novel. More than one, but I have to get passed the first one first. I write poems during my free time as well. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like trying and experiencing new things, from new foods to hobbies. I am an open-minded person and is not afraid of living life to the fullest.
