Keith Story Idea

I was thinking about doing an article about the H1N1 flu going around.  the article would certainly discuss what makes this flu strand different from past flu variations and how that affects treatment.  The article would also discuss how to stay healthy during the flu season.  A contrast between philly and the national trend concerning this particularly harmful flu will be included.

Car clash, and rescue

Hi All

Posted in Uncategorized by keithtemple on September 3, 2009

My name is Keith Aiken and I am a journalism major focusing on magazines.  After I graduate I will likely remain in Philadelphia and work to pay off student loans until I find a career I am passionate about.

I grew up in a little town in the suburbs of Philly, where I lived with my parents, two brothers(one older and younger) and one dear cat.  Even from a young age, I have always been an active person.  Family skiing trips every year, Kayaking in the summer, and three different kinds of track sports kept me moving all year long in high school.  And Sky diving!! which was amazing!! And another major hobby of mine is cooking, which only came natural since my father is a chef.  I have been working in restaurants since I was 15 years old.  Currently I am working at a TexBBQ/Mexican place called El Camino Real in Northern Liberties.
