Well, I hope all of the old stuff was graded, because I did a complete delete. I still have the old website on my computer that looks right, just not on the server. *shrugs* It should be graded by now anyway. Please inform me if this is not the case.

My Story Proposal

I want to write a story on whether or not the economy is still having a heavy effect on holiday shopping, and if Black Friday & Other deals inspire early shopping. I will talk to local businesses , and consumers, and plan to ask them how the economy’s effected them and if the early shopping deals will discourage last minute holiday shopping and encourage spending. I want to figure out who HAS the best deals as opposed to who the consumers think have the best deals. Do they shop at brand stores, malls, outlet stores? department stores? What has changed.

Two problems :

1. The play button seemed to decide to be the play button and the stop button. I followed your directions exactly and it didn’t want to work.
2. The sound doesn’t seem to want to go along with the rest of the program, I’ve noticed this problem in the other posted project as well.

Introducing Myself…

Hey,

I’m Jessica Lynn Argondizza. I’m studying Journalism as my major and am currently focusing on magazines, though I have interest in news as well. Right now, I am in the middle of my internship at the South Philly Review; a small community newspaper based in South Philadelphia. Other than that, my interests lay in the field of writing creatively (mostly fantasy stories), Karate (of which I am taking my first ‘course’ in this semester), biking , and musical activities (Singing and instrumental. I play the viola). On the side, I like to go out with friends, and play video games (Computer, Nintendo DS, Xbox360, and PS3)

When I graduate I hope to be able to write for a magazine or a well known blog that focuses on tech news or video games. These are two fields I find fun and interesting because they are constantly evolving. I think it would be worthwhile to have the ability to write about a topic that is also a personal hobby for me. Other than that I hope to get certification in fixing computers. I love pulling them apart and putting them back together and being able to solve my friends’ computer problems..so why not do it for others as well?
